About this role

The Production Supervisor oversees daily textile manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery schedules are met. This position leads production employees, coordinates workflow, monitors performance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities and employee performance. Ensure production schedules and customer deadlines are met. Monitor quality standards and address production issues. Lead and train sewing, cutting, finishing, and assembly teams. Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
