Job Responsibilities Develop assigned customers from prospect to customer. Increase the business share for existing customers. Manage proactively customer relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Effectively communicate the unique selling points of the company. Represent STARTEAM in a factory audit if required. Understand and account for quotations, and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions. Drive new projects successfully from the Request For Quotation (RFQ) stage to mass production. Coordinate with CS to ensure timely order processing, production, and shipment. Accountable for Quotation, NPI, Item status tracking and corrective actions in case of underperformance, and overdue.…
