About this role

Job Responsibilities Administer, monitor and troubleshoot the company’s ERP and other related IT systems, ensuring their availability, security and compliance. Support end users and provide technical assistance and training on the use and functionality of the systems. Develop, test and deploy enhancements, integrations and customizations for the systems, using agile methodologies, DevOps tools and new technologies. Manage and maintain system configuration, backups, patches, upgrades, and migrations. Document and maintain the system architecture, processes, standards, and best practices.
