Job Description The Assistant Director/Counselor assists with the administration of the department including developing & managing a calendar of diverse events and activities in support of the students’ academic, professional and personal development, and helps facilitate a sense of community among the students and staff. This individual also has primary responsibility for the counseling and tutoring programs within the department.
