About this role

The Office Manager/ Processing Coordinator will report to the Director of Advisor Onboarding. The Office Manager will primarily be responsible for managing the Front Desk operations, ensuring that the office is running efficiently & kept clean, and adhering to our Incoming Correspondence and Mail Policy and Check Procedures. In addition, the Office Manager will also have Processing tasks and duties to support Operations, as necessary. Job Responsibilities: · Answer incoming phone calls for the main Stratos home office line, routing them to the appropriate party or taking messages to provide to the appropriate party, in a timely manner. · Greet clients that visit the office and offer refreshments, as appropriate.…
