Onboarding Specialist Job Description: The Onboarding Specialist will report directly to the Director of Advisor Onboarding. The Onboarding Specialist will oversee the process of advisors transitioning their business to the Stratos platform. This position will collaborate with the Stratos home office, custodians, business partners and stakeholders as they process the smooth transfer of an advisor’s book of business to the Stratos platform. In this role, the Onboarding Specialist is responsible for creating a seamless and positive onboarding experience for our Financial Advisors. They will work closely with other departments to develop and implement effective onboarding programs, provide comprehensive support to Financial Advisors and facilitate their integration into Stratos.…
