Job Description: JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Director Reports to: Vice President of Sales Department: S ales Status: Exempt BASIC FUNCTION: The Regional Sales Director has the responsibility to find and win new business with qualified targets in the assigned sales territory through the consistent introduction and sale of SpaSoft business unit. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and maintain Regional Territory Plan, identifying key markets and targets within the given Region. Identify business opportunities by a series of research, qualifying and discovery to establish prospects needs and key drivers. Build Relationships in order to gain trust and position products as a solution sale that meets determined needs and goals.…
