Business Unit What the Role Entails Tencent Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of Workday Financials within our Finance IT Management Department. This role owns end-to-end delivery — planning, design, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, and post–go-live stabilization — across multiple legal entities, regions, and business lines. The core of this role is rigorous planning and relentless follow-through: building a realistic, dependency-aware project plan, driving execution against it, and identifying and neutralizing risks before they reach the critical path.…
