The healthcare experience in America has long been subpar, and the bar for quality design is low — we’re raising that bar, and with it, the entire health insurance industry. As a designer at Thatch, you’ll craft beautiful experiences for the people using our product every day: businesses, their teams, and brokers. You’ll shape all aspects of design, including UI components for our design system, new products involving complex user interactions, and the overall strategy and vision of the design team.
