General Description The purpose of this class is to ensure each detainee receives the opportunity for a fair and affordable bond amount. Once a personal bond is approved, appropriate documents are completed in a timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities The functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this class. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the class as necessary. Investigates and prepares bond documents. Interviews inmates during jail intake regarding the inmate’s finances. Reviews bond amounts set by courts using written guidelines.…
