About this role

The University of Virginia School of Law is seeking a highly motivated part-time Service Desk Technician to work primarily in the evenings with the Law IT service desk who has excellent customer services skills and a passion for helping others. This person will help the Law IT team with supporting technology in classrooms, seminar rooms, and event spaces within the Law School. This person will also help support the faculty, staff, students and guests of the Law School with computer and software related issues. Provide clear documentation of issues and resolutions into a help desk ticketing system. Shifts will be offered to potential candidates to help the Law IT service desk extend support hours from 4pm-8pm Monday-Friday at the UVA School of Law.…
