Dispatch Supervisor is responsible to manage efficient shift dispatch operations and maintaining high service standards. Play a crucial role in ensuring and oversee the smooth shift dispatch operations, manage the team, coordinates loading of trucks, cage transfers to holding cages and personnel efficiently. Drive and maintain Team Connect and Shop floor development system. Supervise and manage team and support staff (Clerks, Loaders and Shunters). Provide training, guidance and performance evaluations. Ensure the efficient and timely dispatch of product. Monitor scheduling, route planning as per the order and resource allocation on the loaders.…
