Play a crucial role in ensuring proper stock levels for raw materials and packaging. Coordinates loading of Inter-Bakery trucks. Drive Shop floor development system. Inventory Management Check factory inventory levels and order baking ingredients and packaging material. Oracle purchase orders. Daily, weekly and monthly stock take. Oracle BOM. Capturing of daily recon. Ensure that the FIFO principle is applied to stock movements (raw materials, packaging and finished goods). Reduce and maintain write-offs and losses to a minimum and be able to explain stock variances above 0.05% daily/weekly and monthly.…
