About this role
Responsibilities: · Operate product and personalization machines according to SOPs. · Set up machines and perform pre-operation checks before production starts. · Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure quality standards. · Handle raw materials, semi-finished cards, rejected cards and finished products properly. · Perform quality inspections and identify defects or production issues. · Adjust machine settings and perform minor troubleshooting during operation. · Record production data, downtime, and machine issues accurately. · Ensure minimal wastage and maintain production efficiency. · Follow safety, security, and cleanroom/5S requirements at all times. · Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on machines.…
