About this role
Job Summary The HSE Specialist is responsible for facilitating and promoting the implementation of all Puma Energy Group and Legislated HSE Standards, Policies and procedures on site. Main Responsibilities Ensure adherence to Safety practices and procedures so that incidents may be prevented and/or mitigated via the identification, assessment and understanding of hazards in the work place Ensure all Site specific tasks are identified and reviewed on regular basis, with all required Risk Assessments done for all identified site specific tasks. Identification of HSE related training needs (gaps) for all staff on site and then develops Training Programmes to suit these specific needs. Responsible for coordinating induction for new staff, contractors and/or visitors to site.…
