About this role
Function: Responsible for assisting in the execution of the country’s convenience store strategic action plans, for maintaining updated the retail management system (Incorporates and removes convenience stores products, ensure adequate inventories and ensure that products are properly visualize as set out in planograms). Ensure that all foodservice and coffee operation is runned according to standards and franchise requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1- Elaboration and analysis of all Foodservice Reports and Performance. 2- Ensures that the image, food hygiene and safety measures standards are in place at all times (Food Service Area) 3- Establish contact with suppliers, distributors, dealers and store personnel - negotiate with them for improvement.…
