About this role
Function: Strategically manage and grow a safe and profitable retail operation, integrate the acquisitions of retail business and maximizing revenues and profits. Evaluation, development, execution and administration of new projects. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed stated objectives (EBITDA, OPEX, CAPEX) for Retail business. Ensure best results by coaching and supporting staff with structured development of retail networks through growth and/or optimization. Consistently benchmark and positively challenge the organization to maximize results and opportunities. Ensure customers are delighted by interaction with Puma retail services. Achieve and ensure HSE culture is exhibited and practiced in the running of retail operations and in accordance with Puma standards.…
