About this role

Responsibilities Reviewing first-case notifications, alarms, trips, and performance deviations. Performing remote diagnostics across BMS, EMS, SCADA, PCS/inverters, PPC, HVAC, fire systems, switchgear, and communications systems. Supporting safe remote resets, restarts, return-to-service checks, and incident response. Coordinating with field teams, OEMs, asset owners, contractors, and internal O&M teams. Preparing technical reports, incident records, alarm summaries, and maintenance support information. Supporting root cause analysis, warranty claims, availability reporting, and continuous improvement. Maintaining alarm response guides, escalation procedures, and troubleshooting workflows.…
