About this role
Job Details: SUMMARY: Operate the K-pac machine and make adjustments as needed to produce ground beef chubs. Responsible for food safety, Team Member safety in the work area, policy and procedure compliance, Team Member training and development, and required paperwork. Also responsible for tracking efficiencies, yields, film cost usage, and DMC product. These items will be monitored and reported to the supervisor, along with any other duties assigned. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of ground beef experience preferred. COMPUTER SKILLS: Basic computer skills required. TRAVEL: None. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor the area and support Team Members when the supervisor is unavailable.…
