What success looks like in this role: • Independently manages multiple large and complex projects requiring high levels of functional integration and procedural change management. • Manages large cross-functional project teams comprised of business and technical team members. • Plays a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate people, processes and tools to enable effective project management and success. • Oversees projects with complex business and technical challenges. • Addresses escalated issues requiring both technical depth and business acumen to solve, ensuring minimal disruption to the project and to the business. • Determines and coordinates sharing of leveraged resources among projects.…
