JOB OVERVIEW: We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates or candidates without prior HR experience who are eager to learn are also welcome, as training and development opportunities will be provided. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage daily recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups. Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records. Support employee relations and assist in internal communication matters.
