About this role

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Process daily payments, collections, and transaction records accurately. Monitor incoming and outgoing payments to ensure timely processing. Reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies. Liaise with internal teams regarding payment status and issues. Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions. Assist in resolving payment-related issues and customer inquiries. Support reporting and tracking of payment performance. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in Malay (spoken & written) is preferable. Fluent in Chinese (spoken & written) is an advantage. SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field 1–2 years of experience in payment operations, finance, or admin roles.
