Company: Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Billing Team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing operations while supporting the Fiduciary Operations team in delivering quality service across the region. Analyst / Senior Analyst - Insurance Operations We will count on you to: Process complex insurance billing transactions, including invoice issuance and accruals, accurately and within agreed service levels. Prepare and process complex insurance documentation, ensuring records are complete and up to date. Manage and prioritize your workload to achieve individual SLA, KPI and Quality targets.…
