What We Can Achieve Together: The Director of Individual Giving oversees the individual fundraising team and is responsible for developing and implementing the individual giving strategy as part of the annual BU fundraising strategy. They mentor fundraising staff ensuring a robust pipeline of PG/MG prospects, discovery work, and planned giving. The Director of Individual Giving will establish metrics for each fundraiser, be held accountable to their team’s fundraising metrics/goals and will keep their direct reports accountable to their individual and team fundraising metrics/goals.…
