What We Can Achieve Together: In this newly created role, the Global Teams Recruiting Lead will execute the strategy and recruitment processes for our general recruiting efforts within the Global Teams which consist of our Chief Conservation Office, Global Science, Protect Oceans Land and Waters, Provide Food & Water Sustainability, Tackle Climate Change, Global Oceans, as well as Impact Finance and Markets, Policy And Public Funding. They will lead a small group of recruiters, as well as consistently manage their own set of mid-level recruitments. They will develop a pipeline of potential talent, network and collaboratively engage recruiting partners globally to ensure best and emerging practices to create a unified approach to talent acquisition at The Nature Conservancy.…
