JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES • Fundraising Expectations • Manage a portfolio of leadership donors and prospects with the potential to contribute gifts of $1,000 to $10,000. • Achieve annual fundraising and engagement metrics that will be established collaboratively with the President of the Foundation. Metrics may include revenue goals, proposal activity, donor engagement activity, and growth benchmarks that adjust as the portfolio evolves and new opportunities emerge. • Demonstrate year-over-year growth in leadership giving revenue, leadership donor acquisition and retention, and pipeline strength. • Contribute to multi-year revenue strategies that support the Foundation’s strategic priorities.…
