POSITION SUMMARY: Serves as a point of contact for referring physicians to provide assistance with accessing services offered within VHS. Serves as a liaison between physicians, specialists, programs, and patients of the Emergency Department. Works in conjunction with the other health care professionals to evaluate and address the needs of patients to ensure timely access to services needed and optimize health and wellness.
