About this role

Position Summary To coordinate Medical Assistant work processes and supervises MA's for a Practice. Responsible for overseeing scheduling of staff, providing feedback on job performance, orienting new MAs, and participating in the employment process. Education Associates Degree in healthcare related field preferred and completion of a formal Medical Assistant program that is recognized by the State of New Jersey. Current and valid certification as a certified medical assistant or registered medical assistant recognized by the Board of Examiners such as American Medical Technology (AMT), American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) required. Experience Supervisory experience preferred.…
