$26-$29/hour | Full-Time | Hybrid | M-F 9AM-5PM
Rate depends on language proficiency (Spanish fluency at $29/hr)

Location: Across Suffolk County — wherever members need you most!
Work Model: Hybrid — home-based and community-based. Coaches complete remote responsibilities from home and travel regularly throughout Suffolk County to meet members in their homes and communities.
