Procurement Lead (Materials Management)

Purpose: Lead and manage the MMT Buyers team to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and ethical procurement of materials, components, and services that support production and customer delivery requirements. Drive supplier performance, procurement excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Area of Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and oversee MMT Buyers to achieve procurement and operational KPIs. Develop and execute procurement plans to ensure material availability and on-time delivery. Monitor purchase orders, supplier commitments, and material shortages to support production schedules.
