About this role

Purpose: The Shift Lead supports the Production Manager in achieving daily production goals by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Lead the shift team, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement. Two Shift Openings - 1st Shift & 2nd Shift Essential Duties and Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable each individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Machine Setup & Operation Study blueprints, work orders, and specifications to determine proper machine setup. Write, modify, and verify G-code programs as required.
