Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The HRIS Associate serves as a key member of the HRIS team, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 system support for Workday HCM and related HR technology platforms. This role is the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to Workday transactions, data integrity, and system navigation, escalating complex configuration or compliance issues to senior analysts as appropriate. The ideal candidate brings foundational HRIS knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset to help maintain the integrity and usability of the company's HR systems across a global employee population of approximately 6,000.…
