Job Summary The Public Area attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel lobbies, restrooms, restaurants, corridors, elevators, and other areas that are in view of the guest. In addition, the attendant will assist guests with questions about the resort, report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Department, and assist with maintaining the safety and security of all guests. Job Description • Deep cleans carpet, windows, floors, corridors, upholstery, and drapes. • Operates machinery such as vacuums, pressure washers, carpet extractors, etc. • Reports maintenance issues such as burnt out light bulbs or damage to furniture, or fixtures. • Ensures windows and doorways and furniture are free of fingerprints and smudges.…
