Job Summary Supervises the activities of the Security Officers throughout the Enterprise properties. Monitors general activities throughout the Enterprise properties, Reservation and special events. Is responsible for scheduling, resolving routine complaints, preparing and administering approved disciplinary action, coaching, counseling and overseeing training of Security Officers. Job Description • Supervises the daily activities of Security Officers throughout the Enterprise and Tribal properties in the respective areas, to include coordinating and assigning work schedules; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and solving problems. • Reviews and prepares attendance documentation as required.…
