About this role

Wir suchen Dich Für unsere Anlage am Standort Landau in der Pfalz suchen wir dich in Voll zeit (40h) und unbefristet , als Day Shift Supervisor (m/w/d) . Das erwartet Dich bei uns Du koordinierst und priorisierst sämtliche täglichen Betriebsabläufe, um einen sicheren und effizienten Produktionsbetrieb sicherzustellen. Du führst und unterstützt die Schichtleiter im Tagesgeschäft und fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für operative Fragestellungen und Eskalationen. Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Produktion, Instandhaltung, Labor und Verfahrenstechnik, um eine optimale Ressourcennutzung zu gewährleisten. Du steuerst den Permit-to-Work-Prozess sowie Anlagenfreigaben und stellst die operative Einsatzbereitschaft für Wartungs- und Projektarbeiten sicher.…
