Wir suchen Dich Für unser wachsendes Team am Standort Frankfurt Höchst suchen wir dich in Voll zeit (40h) und unbefristet , als Head of Maintenance (m/w/d) . Als Head of Maintenance (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die Gesamtverantwortung für die Instandhaltung und Anlagenzuverlässigkeit einer kommerziellen Lithium-Elektrolyseanlage . Dabei sorgst Du für eine sichere, effiziente und kostenoptimierte Instandhaltungsorganisation sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Systemen und Teams. Das erwartet Dich bei uns Du entwickelst und implementierst die standortweite Instandhaltungsstrategie und stellst eine hohe Anlagenverfügbarkeit sicher. Du verantwortest die Instandhaltungs-KPIs in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und Anlagenperformance.…
