About this role

Position Summary The Commercial Construction Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closeout of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover. This role manages budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and quality control across new tilt-up concrete building construction, office and laboratory tenant improvement build-outs, and multi-family residential developments. The ideal candidate brings 4-7 years of commercial construction project management experience, strong technical knowledge of tilt-up concrete methods and TI construction, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.…
