Construction Estimator - Salt Lake City, UT

Position Summary The Construction Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive cost estimates for both residential and commercial construction projects, from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission. This role works closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to develop scopes of work, solicit and evaluate bids, and ensure estimates reflect current market pricing and project requirements. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between residential-scale projects and larger commercial bids and can manage multiple estimates simultaneously under deadline pressure.
