About this role

📊 Sobre el rol Buscamos un/a Analista de Soporte Contable para brindar atención y soporte a clientes de un ERP contable en la nube utilizado por PyMEs y estudios contables de Argentina . Tu objetivo será analizar las consultas que ingresan, investigar cada situación directamente dentro del producto, resolver los casos que estén dentro de tu alcance y escalar correctamente aquellos que requieran intervención técnica. No es un rol de call center ni de respuestas automáticas. Cada consulta requiere entender el contexto, investigar qué está sucediendo en el sistema y utilizar tu criterio contable para encontrar la mejor solución. Al comenzar contarás con un manual operativo completo , ejemplos de casos, procedimientos y respuestas modelo, además de tres jornadas iniciales de capacitación .…
