About this role
What you can expect In this role you will grow adoption and deployment of Zoom Contact Center (CCaaS), Zoom Virtual Agent, and Zoom Engagement Management capabilities ( WFO /WFM). Increasing awareness across current Zoom customers as well as acting as a market evangelist within new Zoom customers and customer prospects is our overarching mission. This role is based in Tokyo, and reports to Head of CX Sales, APJ based in Australia. About the Team The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success.
