What you can expect We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer passionate about building the foundational AI Services Platform that powers Zoom's intelligent capabilities. You'll work at the intersection of LLM intelligence , distributed systems , and platform engineering , designing and implementing core AI infrastructure including context layer intelligence , AI agents , RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) , and search quality evaluation systems .
