The Senior Counsel - Commercial will be based in our London office (Hybrid - 2 day per week in office), working closely with our UK and US-based executive teams, business stakeholders, and colleagues on our global legal team. You will play a key role in negotiating B2B SaaS contracts, from high-volume no-negotiation forms to complex, bespoke agreements with multinational companies.
