About this role

The HSE Superintendent is responsible for leading Health, Safety, and Environmental activities to ensure safe and compliant offshore operations. The role supervises the HSE team, oversees regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, incident investigations, and risk management programs. It also coordinates audits, training, permit-to-work systems, and contractor safety performance while promoting a strong safety culture. Strong leadership and continuous improvement are essential to maintaining operational excellence and HSE standards. Responsibilities Ensure safe execution of activities, enforcing compliance with statutory and company HSE requirements (NRs, API, DNV, AWS, etc.).
