The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of process facilities while maintaining high operational standards. The role supervises production personnel, coordinates daily production activities, and supports maintenance planning and troubleshooting. It also ensures compliance with HSE requirements, permit-to-work procedures, and operating standards while monitoring production performance. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication are essential to optimize production and support continuous improvement. Responsibilities Direct and work with CRO, Production Operators and Laboratory Technician with understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
