About this role

The Projects Lead will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of offshore field development projects, from concept and FEED through engineering, construction, and commissioning. The role combines project management with strong technical oversight across subsea, topside, marine, and structural engineering, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate has solid experience in offshore oil & gas projects, contractor and stakeholder management, and is fluent in both English and Portuguese. Responsibilities: Monitor and optimize production system performance to maximize efficiency and hydrocarbon recovery.
