Aging Services Case Manager

Job Description: The Calvert County Government’s Office on Aging is seeking a Case Manager to assist adults of 60 years of age and older who are homeless or at risk for homelessness, as well as clients in our SOAR (Serving Older Adults with Resources) Program. This person should be able to work independently and contribute as a team player. This position requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, the public, and community partners; communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; understand the psychological, emotional, and social needs of older adults; and deal effectively with the public.
