Job Description: The Calvert County Government’s Office on Aging is seeking a Community First Choice Supports Planner who can work independently and be able to contribute as a team player. This position requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, the public, and community partners; communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; understand the psychological, emotional, and social needs of the elderly and persons with disabilities; and deal effectively with the public. Responsible for all Community First Choice Supports Planning for Adults, aged 18 and over.
