About the role: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Unified Telephony to lead the evolution of our Office Phone + Contact Center (CCaaS) platform into a single, cloud-native communication system. This role is critical in building a next-generation Unified Telephony Platform that seamlessly connects Contact Center (CCaaS) and Office Phone systems into a single, intelligent, AI-powered communications layer.
