About this role

Already an experienced carer and ready for the next step? This is a Team Leader role at our Maidenhead and Windsor branch, covering Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough, Taplow, Eton and the surrounding area. Most of your week is out on the road with a regular caseload of your own. The rest is the team leader side: supporting newer carers, covering the office phones, helping with training, and taking your turn on the on-call rota. We opened in September 2025, so this is still a young branch and you'll need to be happy to roll your sleeves up, helping build the service rather than stepping into something that's already up and running.…
