Weekend Care Professionals wanted in Hove and Brighton – £17 an hour for guaranteed weekend availability. GoodOaks Homecare Sussex South was rated GOOD by the CQC in April 2026, something we are very proud of. Guaranteed pay, not guaranteed shifts Most care work asks you to be available and then pays you only for what turns up. We do it the other way round. Tell us the hours you can be available at weekends. We guarantee to pay you 40% of them – whether the work comes in or not. Offer us 10 hours on a Saturday and 4 of those are paid, guaranteed. Get booked for more and you are paid for more. No chasing shifts. No empty weeks.…
